Hilltop Spring Estate Project - Boerne, Texas

When the client first walked us through the property, the vision was clear. They didn’t want a backyard that competed with the Hill Country view, they wanted one that framed it. The terrain stretched for miles in the distance, and the goal was to design a space that naturally pulled your eye toward that landscape while still creating a strong focal point within the backyard itself.

We designed a stone tile feature wall anchored by three water features that became the centerpiece of the pool area. The movement and sound of the water added life to the space while tying beautifully into the natural surroundings. From there, we built out an elevated deck designed for long afternoons in the sun, with plenty of room to lounge and take in the view.

Below the deck, we created a more intimate seating area centered around a fountain-style water feature, giving the space a second gathering point that feels tucked away and relaxed. The result is a backyard that moves with the property itself, with each level offering a different way to experience the view the client fell in love with in the first place.
